Book a one-to-one session at our warehouse in Suffolk. Up to 2 hours on the floor with our buying team, handle every piece, build your bundle in person. The classic Messina experience. Minimum spend £500 + VAT. £100 booking fee, redeemed in full against your order.

⚠️ Your appointment must be confirmed before arriving. Every booking is reviewed by our team and you will receive a confirmation email once approved. Without a confirmed appointment you will not be approved for entry to the building.
How it works

1. Book your slot using the calendar above and pay the £100 booking fee.

2. Fill in your brief: categories, brands, grade. We pull stock to match before you arrive.

3. We review your booking and confirm your appointment by email. Do not travel until you receive your confirmation.

4. On the day, walk the floor with our team. Handle and approve every piece yourself.

5. Pay the balance by bank transfer at the end of the session — your £100 fee comes off the total. Take stock with you or arrange shipping.

What's the difference between video and in-person?

Video pick is a live call where we walk the warehouse on camera and you call out what you want. In-person means you come to the warehouse in Great Blakenham, Suffolk (IP6 0FL) and pick the floor yourself. Both run up to 2 hours.
Is there a minimum spend?

Yes, £500 + VAT. Payment is by bank transfer. A £100 booking fee is taken when you book and redeemed in full against your order.
Why is there a £100 booking fee?

The fee secures your slot and is redeemed in full against your order, so it costs you nothing extra. It keeps our team's time reserved for serious buyers.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?

No. Every booking is reviewed by our team and confirmed by email. Your appointment must be confirmed before your session — without a confirmed appointment you will not be approved for entry to the building.
I'm new to vintage, is hand pick right for me?

Yes. Hand pick is the safest way to buy because you see and approve every piece before it's added to your bundle. No blind boxes, no guesswork.
How far in advance do I need to book?

At least 24 hours. Earlier is better for popular slots.
Can I tell you what I want before the session?

Yes. You fill in your preferences when you book (categories, brands, grade, price point) and we pull stock to match before your session starts.
What grade is the stock?

Mainly A grade with some mixed quality. Let us know your standard when you book and we'll pull accordingly.
How do I get the stock?

Shipping or collection from the warehouse, both can be arranged at the end of your session.
