We pack it with handgraded vintage, dispatch it the same working day (order before 11am), and it arrives ready to photograph and list. What condition will the items be in?
Every item is hand-inspected and graded before dispatch. Our reseller boxes are Grade A/B: a blend of near-perfect pieces alongside items with light, honest signs of age — exactly what vintage buyers expect. Each product listing states its grade clearly, so you always know what you're buying before checkout.
How quickly will my box arrive?
We dispatch all orders within 1 full working day of payment. UK orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch; EU orders 3–5 business days. Everything ships tracked, securely packed, and you'll get tracking by email the moment it leaves our warehouse.
What if some pieces don't sell?
That's part of reselling — not every piece moves at the same pace, and slower items aren't dead stock. Relist them with fresh photos, bundle them with stronger pieces, or drop the price and move on. Do I need a registered business to order?
