The High Rollers — Entry Rules & Terms

1. The promoter

The promotion “Messina: The High Rollers” (the “Competition”) is run by Messina Hembry Clothing Ltd, trading as Messina Wholesale, registered in England and Wales under company number 09221824, whose registered office is at The Octagon Suite E2, 2nd Floor, Middleborough, Colchester, Essex, England, CO1 1TG (the “Promoter”).

2. Who can enter

The Competition is open to holders of an approved Messina Wholesale trade account who are aged 18 or over.

Employees of the Promoter, members of their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration or operation of the Competition may not enter.

Only one entrant is permitted per trade account. Accounts that the Promoter reasonably believes belong to or are controlled by the same person, business or organisation will be treated as one entrant.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence that an entrant meets the eligibility requirements set out in these terms.

3. The competition period

The Competition runs from 00:00 on 1 August 2026 until 23:59 on 31 August 2026, UK time, inclusive (the “Competition Period”).

The leaderboard will lock at the end of the Competition Period. No further tokens can be earned after that time, subject to any adjustments made for cancelled, refunded, unpaid or ineligible orders.

Entries or qualifying activity completed outside the Competition Period will not count.

4. How to enter and earn tokens

Every qualifying order placed through Messina Wholesale during the Competition Period will earn tokens as follows:

  • The first qualifying order placed by an entrant during the Competition Period earns one token for every complete £1 spent.

  • Every qualifying order placed by that entrant after their first qualifying order earns two tokens for every complete £1 spent.

Tokens are calculated using the value of qualifying goods after any discounts have been applied.

Only complete pounds are counted. Any remaining pence are disregarded. For example, a qualifying goods value of £49.99 will be treated as £49 when tokens are calculated.

The following amounts do not earn tokens:

  • VAT

  • Delivery charges

  • Gift cards

  • Hand-pick booking deposits

  • Cancelled items

  • Refunded items

  • Any other amount that does not relate directly to eligible goods purchased from Messina Wholesale

Store credit used to pay for an order does not itself earn tokens. However, any additional amount paid by the entrant for eligible goods may earn tokens in accordance with these terms.

Orders must be genuine wholesale purchases made in the ordinary course of trade. Orders that remain unpaid at the end of the Competition Period will not count.

If an order is cancelled, refunded or partially refunded during the Competition Period, the corresponding tokens will be removed from the entrant’s total.

If an order is cancelled, refunded or partially refunded after the Competition Period but before the winners are confirmed, the Promoter may remove the corresponding tokens before determining the final leaderboard and completing the prize draw.

Free method of earning tokens

Eligible trade-account holders may earn a one-off bonus of 100 tokens by claiming the free group coaching session during the Competition Period.

No purchase or payment is required to claim the session or receive the 100-token bonus.

Only one free coaching-session claim and one 100-token bonus are permitted per eligible trade account during the Competition Period.

The claim must be completed during the Competition Period using accurate trade-account details. Duplicate, incomplete, automated or fraudulent claims will not be accepted.

The leaderboard refreshes approximately once per hour. Delays in the display of recently earned or adjusted tokens do not affect an entrant’s final verified token total.

The leaderboard displays anonymised entrant tags only. Entrants’ real names, business names and spending values will not be displayed publicly on the leaderboard.

5. The prizes

First prize

The first prize is £500 of Messina Wholesale store credit.

The first prize will be awarded to the eligible entrant holding the highest verified number of tokens when the leaderboard locks and the final token totals have been checked.

If two or more entrants finish with the same verified number of tokens, the first prize will be awarded to the entrant who reached that token total first, based on the Promoter’s order and competition records.

Second prize

The second prize is £250 of Messina Wholesale store credit.

The second prize will be awarded through a random draw. Each verified token held by an eligible entrant at the end of the Competition Period will count as one entry into the draw.

The first-prize winner will be excluded from the second-prize draw.

The random draw will be carried out using a verifiably random selection process from all remaining eligible entries.

There is no cash alternative to either prize.

6. Winner selection and prize delivery

The final leaderboard will be checked after the Competition Period has ended and following any necessary adjustments for unpaid, cancelled, refunded, duplicated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible activity.

The second-prize draw will take place within five working days of the end of the Competition Period.

Winners will be contacted using the email address registered to their Messina Wholesale trade account.

The Promoter may require a winner to confirm their identity, eligibility and trade-account details before awarding a prize.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond or does not provide any reasonably requested information within seven days of the Promoter’s first contact, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

If the first-prize winner does not respond or is found to be ineligible, the first prize may be awarded to the next eligible entrant with the highest verified token total.

If the second-prize winner does not respond or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct another random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

Store credit will normally be added to the winner’s Messina Wholesale trade account within two working days of the winner being confirmed.

Store credit:

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Can only be used through the Messina Wholesale store

  • May be used across more than one eligible order

  • Cannot be sold, transferred or assigned to another person or trade account

  • Expires six months after the date on which it is added to the winner’s account

Any store credit that has not been used by the expiry date will be forfeited.

Store credit cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.

The Promoter may prevent prize credit from being used alongside another discount, promotion or promotional code where the relevant offer cannot be combined with store credit.

7. Fair play

The Promoter may investigate any order, account, coaching-session claim or other activity that it reasonably believes may be invalid, fraudulent or intended to manipulate the Competition.

The Promoter may remove tokens or disqualify an entrant where it reasonably believes that:

  • Orders have been placed, divided, duplicated, cancelled or structured primarily to manipulate token totals

  • An entrant has used more than one account

  • Multiple accounts are operated by or on behalf of the same person, business or organisation

  • False, misleading or incomplete information has been supplied

  • An entrant has attempted to interfere with the leaderboard, website, draw or Competition systems

  • An entrant has breached these terms

  • Orders were not genuine trade purchases

  • The entrant has acted fraudulently, dishonestly or unfairly

Orders that remain unpaid at the end of the Competition Period will not count.

The Promoter may delay the confirmation of a winner while it investigates suspected manipulation, fraud or ineligible activity.

The Promoter’s decision on eligibility, token calculations, leaderboard positions, winner selection and all other matters relating to the Competition is final. This does not affect any legal rights an entrant may have.

8. Data protection

Entry is automatic when qualifying activity is recorded on an eligible trade account.

The personal data used to administer the Competition may include:

  • Trade-account details

  • Contact information

  • Account email address

  • Order history

  • Payment and refund status

  • Coaching-session claim information

  • Token totals

  • Competition communications

This information will be processed for the purposes of administering the Competition, checking eligibility, calculating tokens, operating the leaderboard, selecting and contacting winners, delivering prizes, preventing fraud and complying with legal obligations.

Public leaderboard listings use anonymised entrant tags only.

Entrants’ real names, business names and spending values will not be displayed publicly on the leaderboard.

A winner’s business name may be used in a Competition results announcement only where the winner has given prior consent.

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel or withdraw the Competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Any material change to the Competition or these terms will be communicated on the Competition page or through another appropriate channel.

The Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Website, internet, software or technical failures

  • Orders or claims that are delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not properly recorded due to circumstances outside its reasonable control

  • Inaccurate trade-account details supplied by an entrant

  • Emails that are delayed, blocked, filtered as spam or sent to an incorrect email address supplied by the entrant

  • Temporary delays in the leaderboard displaying tokens

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or connected with the Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
