Every piece is hand-inspected against the same A/B standard before it is packed, and the grade is stated on every product listing. That is the whole point of buying graded rather than baled — the box you order in March should sort the same way as the one you ordered in January.

It depends on the category, because weight per garment varies. A 20kg Zara box runs to roughly 50 pieces (£2.80 each), a 20kg Y2K women’s box also around 50 (£3.20 each), while a 10kg Nike box is around 25 (£6.00 each) because hoodies and outerwear weigh more. Approximate piece counts are stated on the listings so you can work out your cost per piece before you order.

Yes — every box has quantity price breaks, so ordering multiples of the same box costs less per box. Discounts are applied automatically in the cart, with no code needed and no trade account to apply for. For anything beyond our largest listed box, speak to the sourcing team directly.

Yes, we are VAT registered, and every order comes with a full VAT invoice for your records and your accountant. If you are VAT registered yourself, that means the VAT on your stock is reclaimable in the normal way.

All orders are dispatched within 2 full working days of payment. UK orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch, EU orders within 3–5. Everything ships tracked, and tracking is emailed the moment it leaves the warehouse.

Yes. Any box can be ordered on subscription for 7% off, and you can skip, swap or cancel any month. Most of our regular buyers run two or three categories on repeat and top up with one-off boxes when something sells through faster than expected.
